YEARS 1 TO 6 RETURN TO SCHOOL TUESDAY 1 FEBRUARY 2022

Dear Parents and Carers,
Unfortunately, our year has come to an end in a way that none of us could have ever expected with our Year 6 students and staff being separated from us for the conclusion of the year.This year has been a year of challenges and uncertainties - another pandemic year that none of us could have predicted. But, despite these challenges, we must remember we have much to be grateful for. Most especially we should be grateful for the relationships that have been built and the opportunities for learning that have stretched and formed each of us to become very different people to those who walked through the school gates at the beginning of 2021.
We wish our Year 6 students every blessing as they leave our school to continue the next phase of their educational journey in surrounding secondary schools. We are very grateful for the contributions that have been made to our school during their time at Mary Immaculate.
We are also very conscious that we will be saying goodbye to students and families from other grades within the school. Gratitude is extended for the commitment made to our school by all our leaving families.
To each of our valued staff Chris McInerney, Megan Price, Ally Carter, Alyssa Galvez-Salonga and Amanda Newcombe we say ‘thank you’ for the contributions each you have made to our school community, for making a difference to the lives of our students and for the mark you will leave because of the unique individuals that you are. Thank you to the P & F for supporting the acknowledgement of these staff members on behalf of our school community.
We wish all our students, families and staff abundant blessings for Christmas and the New Year. To all those returning to our community in 2022, we look forward to working with you to continue to support the learning opportunities for our students.

Registrations are now open for the Mary Immaculate Parish Sacramental Program 2022. Registrations close 31 December at 6:00 p.m.
