Religious Literacy Assessment

Last Term, Year 4 children sat the Diocesan wide Religious Literacy Assessment. This week their reports will be sent home documenting their achievements. The report will show the following:

• your child’s overall level of achievement for the Religious Literacy Assessment indicated as a position on a continuum. This is viewed in relation to the Diocesan Average. 
• the Diocesan distribution and percentage in each level of achievement for comparison to your child’s result. 

The Religious Literacy Assessment provides parents with information about the ways their child processes and expresses religious knowledge and understanding of the religious tradition, which is experienced daily in the Catholic school environment.
