Last Sunday’s Gospel…

John told us that God loved us so much He sent His Son. Not to condemn us but to show us the Way and the Light. If we choose to do so we will find God and eternal happiness.

Thank you for the positive feedback. We anticipate producing another one next week when we have a little more news!

Harmony Day

Pic_2.jpg

Harmony day is held on 21 March to celebrate the cultural diversity of all Australians and to promote a sense of belonging and inclusiveness. This Thursday, the students are encouraged to wear the national dress of their cultural heritage or  orange as it signifies social communication and meaningful conversations.

The students will participate in an activity in their classroom on Thursday afternoon. So make sure you ask them about this when you see them.

- adapted from the Transport for NSW site.

Safety tips for drivers using a Kiss and Ride zone

  • Drivers should remain in their vehicles at all times in the Drop-off and Pick-up zone.
  • Make sure children use the Safety Door (the rear footpath side door) to get in and out of the car.
  • Avoid blocking driveways, cross streets and intersections. Cars should be in a single line to the left of the lane allowing other traffic to move freely.
