CELEBRATION SING OUT
As the Celebration Sing Out event at Sydney Town Hall on Sunday 22nd October is fast approaching, I am sending again the information that you should have received on September 19th. Apologies if anyone didn't get the previous email.
The choir has been working so hard in preparation for this special event. Please find below the ticket link for any family/friends wishing to come along. Please note that the children in the choir do not need a ticket for themselves as they will not be sitting in the audience.

The choir are VERY excited about the event and are especially thrilled to be helping raise money for the Music Therapy program at Westmead Children's Hospital. Thank you once again for your continued support.
Below is some important information that you will need for the day:
What do the choir need to wear?
All the children in the choir must wear a plain white top. This can be a collared shirt/blouse or a simple plain white t-shirt (no sleeveless tops please). Children must also wear plain black long pants or a skirt with black opaque tights and black shoes. Children will need to be dressed in these clothes when they arrive.
What time do the Choir need to be at the Town Hall on Sunday 22nd October?
We will meet the choir in St Andrew’s Square which is beside the Town Hall (this is the left hand side of the Town Hall steps as you face the entrance).
All students need to arrive promptly by 11am at the latest. Children will be rehearsing with the orchestra between drop off and the concert beginning at 4pm.

What do Parents do?
After dropping your children to the Town Hall and marking off their names with the teacher/s by 11am on the day, parents can spend a day in the city and come back by 3.30pm to watch the performance which begins at 4pm. Parents will not be able to come into the Hall during the rehearsal.
What should my child bring?
All children will need to bring a small bag with two decent snacks, lunch, a bottle of water and a jacket to wear after the concert is over.
At the conclusion of the concert, we will be taking the children to collect their bags and then we will meet parents at the same location as the drop off. All parents MUST get their child's name marked off before taking them. I know this can be time consuming but of course, the safety of the children is of utmost importance. It will be very busy and we need to ensure that all children remain with the teachers until they are signed out.
If you have any questions at all in the lead up to the day or if you are unable to attend please contact Mrs Mac via email (mcinerneya02@dow.catholic. edu.au).
We are looking forward to a memorable day for all. Thank you.
