Project Compassion was launched at our school on Ash Wednesday. We would like to thank everyone for their generosity so far and we can’t wait to see how much we can raise for those in need.

As a school we have raised $175.70

This means so far we have reached the following targets:

• $6 - providing soap and a toppy tap to protect communities against COVID19 in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
• $25 - providing a duck for a Rural Training School in the Solomon Islands.
• $85 - helping a community to form a farmer support group in India.
• $148 can provide a household with materials to build their own toilet in Mozambique. 

We are only $75.30 away from:

• $251 - can provide a boar piglet for breeding in the Solomon Islands. 

This week we are going to focus on a class competition. On Friday at Lunch One the Mini Vinnies Team will be collecting the Project Compassion boxes from each class and making a line with the coins. The class with the longest line will win a small prize. So let’s start collecting those coins.
